Obituary for Jacques L Gondeau
Jacques L. Gondeau, 85, of Mentor, passed away Saturday, Aug. 29, 2020, at Ohman Family Living at Briar in Middlefield.
Born April 6, 1935, in Cleveland, he had lived in Cleveland and Euclid before moving to Lake County.
Jacques was a U.S. Navy veteran, member of the Wickliffe Eagles and V.F.W. and enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Mr. Gondeau was retired from National Acme Gridley Co.
Jacques was the loving father of Nancy G. (James) Triplett, Jacques L. Gondeau Jr., Diana L. (Steven) Gondeau-Guttu and Desiree N. (Thomas) Franklin; and cherished grandfather of Grant Schneider, Dylan Guttu, and Genevieve Franklin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roger and Fannie (Nee DeLong) Gondeau; and siblings, Louis Gondeau and Madeline Helton.
Funeral services are pending.
