Linda Lee (nee White) Young, 71, of Mentor, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2020, at Lake Health West Medical Center in Willoughby.
Born Aug. 30, 1949, in Longview, Wash., she had been a resident of Lake County for 50 years, living in Willoughby before moving to Mentor.
Linda was a member of the Mentor Church of Christ. She especially cherished her friendship with Jean Shockey Addison and all of the people at the church.
She was the beloved wife of Boyd R. Young Jr.; loving mother of Pennie Lee Robatin Unetich and Sandy Marie Robatin Scheterer; cherished grandmother of Nicholas, Kaitlyn, Michael, Shawn, Chris, and Natalie; and cousin of Paulette Mathers.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley Jr. and E. Lucillle (nee Hubbell) White.
Memorial services 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at Mentor Church of Christ, 7201 Burridge Ave., Mentor. Per Linda’s wishes, her ashes will be scattered over Seaside, Ore.
