Obituary for Roberta Johanna Boggs

Roberta Johanna (nee Rossbach) Boggs, 70, of Shalersville, passed away Saturday, Oct. 3, 2020, at University Hospitals of Cleveland.
Born March 4, 1950, in Austria, she had lived in Mentor before moving to Portage County 24 years ago.
Roberta was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Ravenna, enjoyed cooking, baking and going to craft fairs. She was an animal lover and over the years, affectionately loved her dogs “fur babies,” Buffy, Ginger, Kalie and Sadie.
She was the beloved wife of 52 years to Thomas Boggs; sister of Karl Rossbach (Sue Bloom), Monika (Edwin, dec.) Smart, and Robert (Dorothy) Rossbach Jr.; aunt of Misty (Monte) Miller, Stacy (Brian) Wrobel, Tammy Henry, Robert Sidwell Jr., Michael Sidwell, Ronnie French and Karen French; great-aunt of Tyler (Marie) McCann, Alexa Clark, Mikaila Clark, Shane Clark and Joshua Wrobel; and sister-in-law of Glenn (Dow) Sidwell and Sandy Sidwell.
Roberta was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Johanna Julianna (nee Wohlmuth) Rossbach; brother-in-law, Robert Sidwell; and sister-in-law, Shirley French.
Private family services will be held.
